Shipping & Returns

  • Domestic shipments

    We take your new item very seriously, therefore, domestic shipments can take 1-3 business days to process and ship your order. After your purchase, we will send you a confirmation email and one as soon as we ship your package where you will be able to track it until it reaches you.

  • We use only the best means to send your package: FedEx and Estafeta Next Day for Express services, and Redpack or Estafeta Terrestre for standard services. The selection of this service depends on different factors, such as the speed to your zip code or the availability of the parcel, but we will always try to choose the fastest method.

  • Note about Express shipments: In some zip codes and regions, as well as at certain times of the year, courier services cannot guarantee express services. If you purchased this service, we will choose the fastest option we have available, and this can sometimes result in a shipment that is not Next Day . In these situations we will not refund or adjust the price of the purchased shipment.

  • Free shipping

    We offer free shipping on all orders over $999 via Standard shipping. This discount is automatically applied to an eligible purchase at checkout, and cannot be applied or refunded after you make your purchase.

  • International Shipments

    If you wish to purchase one of our parts outside of Mexico, we offer two shipping methods: FedEx International Priority, and FedEx Economy. Both have tracking numbers that will be sent to you as soon as we ship your new parts.

  • Returns and replacements

    All our parts come with a warranty warranty against any material and manufacturing defect (the natural or distinctive qualities that the material may have do not apply as a manufacturing defect). Once we receive your package, you have 5 working days to return it and receive a refund or replacement in case your piece arrives with any defect. In case you prefer to return it, we will only cover the shipping cost of the part. For more information contact us at info@loesencial.mx. Returns apply only against manufacturing defects, and do not apply for delivery delays, package mishandling, changes of opinion or other factors beyond our control. On custom parts, no returns or exchanges apply.

  • Cancellations

    Your order may have been cancelled for one of these reasons:

  • You requested the cancellation of your order.

  • We could not find you at the delivery address.

  • Due to the high demand for this product, we are unfortunately out of stock.

  • Your order was not accepted because it was not approved by our security filters, which are a tool we implement to take care of our customers. Some reasons for this are:

    • The card details do not match and the bank or PayPal/Stripe declined the payment for security reasons.

    • The card may have some type of restriction for online purchases, we recommend you always use the virtual/digital version of your card to ensure that your bank approves the online purchase.

    • The funds on the card are insufficient.

  • If you still want the product that was cancelled you will have to place a new order. In case you have taken advantage of a discount, price or promotion, unfortunately this may not be respected once the order has been cancelled. But don't worry, if the cancellation was generated by lack of stock, we will compensate you by giving you a 10% discount coupon on the entire store, with no minimum purchase.
