Nuestra marca es referente en diseño, calidad y manufactura nacional. Nuestro manifesto va por la utilidad y calidad de los objetos, y no por los materiales y procesos artesanales, los cuales más que ser un valor agregado, es nuestro deber cuidar al 100%. Trabajamos con materiales que son duraderos y poseen las mejores características, como piel de ternera genuina y lana natural, garantizando así cada objeto de la colección Seamless de por vida, y garantizando por un año todas las piezas de nuestras colecciones Interact y Elements, así como nuestra Masterpiece Pliego. En caso de cualquier defecto o daño, por favor llena éste formulario.

What does this warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and defects in materials and supplies, ensuring that our pieces serve their purpose for a long time. Our warranty does not apply to small defects, marks or natural variations that leather may have (scars, scratches, small spots, etc), which being a very natural material that we do not make up or cover, are perfectly normal and do not affect the durability of the pieces. It also does not apply to lost screw fasteners, which are categorized as spare parts (see below). If in addition to this, your piece shows wear and tear or you have damaged it in any way, don't worry, we also provide professional maintenance service for your items (for an additional charge).

Remember that our items are not waterproof, so if you accidentally get them wet it does not apply for warranty, but don't worry, you can still maintain them.

Maintenance.

You can maintain your pieces yourself.
Clean stains easily by applying pumpkin soap with a small sponge. Also, protect them and give them extra shine by using some oil or moisturizing cream. Leather may fade a little as part of its natural process.
