TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

At Lo Esencial we offer a wide range of services and products and from time to time additional terms and conditions may apply. Each time you use any of our services you will also be subject to the particular guidelines, terms and conditions applicable to that service (the "Services Terms and Conditions"). The Services Terms and Conditions shall prevail over these Terms of Use in the event of any inconsistency between the two. Of course, the Terms of Service will be available for you to review and be available to you when you use any of our services.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

We know you will want to use your new wafers as soon as possible, and we will do everything possible to make it happen, so we will be sending your order to your home between 2 and 3 business days after the purchase for which we will use the shipping method you have selected at the time of purchase. Shipping is free on purchases over $999. We will send your order to the address you specify in the form, so you are responsible for giving us complete and truthful information and references, if you do not provide this information correctly, we may cancel the transaction or we will have to charge you shipping costs that you will have to pay. Home delivery will be on business days and at times established by our supplier of this service, same that you will select at the time of making your purchase, but keep in mind that in case of not being able to deliver it for reasons not attributable to us, our supplier will return it to us and we will have to charge you additional shipping costs. In case you have any delay with the delivery of your order, we will gladly help you to check it, but we recommend to follow up directly with the courier, since we cannot be responsible for them.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We love that our pieces reach more and more places, so we are happy to ship to other countries. Please note that if we ship your pieces to another country, we are not responsible for any duties, taxes, fees, or additional charges that the courier company may request at the time of delivery. If you refuse these charges, you will refuse the package and we are not responsible for the return or loss of the package.

BILLING

You will be able to ask for the invoice at the moment of your purchase, if you forget to ask for it (it happens to us all the time) don't worry, you have the current month to ask for it.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

PURCHASE LIMIT

Our leathergoods may be in high demand, and because we want them to reach and be used by as many people as possible, we reserve the right to refuse or limit your purchase if you purchase units in commercial quantities. We may also, among other things, restrict the number of units purchased with the same account, credit/debit card, shipped to the same address, or any other feature that in our judgment indicates that this policy is being violated. PRICES, PROMOTIONS, COUPONS, AND DISCOUNTS

We reserve the right to modify, cancel or update the terms of all promotions published through the website, social networks and other official forms of communication of the brand. All promotions regarding shipping and delivery will only apply to standard shipments, without exception. As a general rule also, the Masterpiece collection is exempt from any coupons, discounts or offers, with the exception of free in-store shipping. All other coupons, discounts, or promotions are subject to restrictions, limitations or conditions, so we suggest you contact us prior to placing your order to know them thoroughly if you have any doubts about them. Likewise, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, refund or adjust any purchase made in our online store if we deem it necessary due to any circumstance. If this happens, we undertake to let you know as soon as possible and offer compensation if necessary. This compensation will consist only of amounts and means that we see fit.
